Cancellation: At Salon Pheonix, LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We do have a policy in place to protect the business. Cancelations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% and missed appointments will be charged 100%. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can accommodate other guests. Your courtesy helps us maintain excellent service and availability for everyone.
